Our refund policy ensures that eligible refunds are processed efficiently:

 

Refund Eligibility:

  • Full Refund: Applicable for cancellations made 4 or more hours before the rental start time.

  • Partial Refund: For cancellations less than 4 hours before the start time, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.

  • Non-Refundable: No refunds are provided for no-shows or breaches of the terms and conditions.
     

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

  • Additional bank processing times may apply for credit or debit card refunds.
